Just when you thought he couldn't be a worse coach, Jon Gruden will prove you wrong...

Now this isn't going to be a long post about Jon Grudens history of being a head coach in the NFL. No, this is going to be a very short and too the point blog discuss the three stupidest things Gruden has done in his second tenure as a coach.
"Hmmmm let's see. I have one of the best linebackers in NFL right now and he wants more money. I know, I'll get rid of him." -Jon Gruden [hypothetical thought]
No Jon you dumb shit. You pay the man. You pay the man and who knows maybe your season will be a lot better than it is going right now. I mean shit, you signed a 10 year $100 million contract to WIN football games and BUILD a program. Not play around like its Madden Franchise mode.
Where's Khalil Mack now? Oh that's right. He's about to lead the Chicago Bears to the Super Bowl. Oh that's right he's gotten so bored with sacking quarterbacks that he challenges himself every game to do it differently. I mean shit, he sacked Aaron Rodgers with his ass.
Getting rid of Khalil was Oaklands second mistake. The first was hiring Gruden.
The next big mistake was trading away Amari Cooper. Who now, is with an explosive Dallas Cowboys team who actually knows how to use him.
Hey, Gruden! You're supposed to throw to your stud Wide Receivers not trade them.
Now Cooper is thriving in Dallas tallying over 650 yards and 6 touchdowns. That is 400 yards and 5 touchdowns more than when he was with the Raiders.
Okay I can maybe understand getting rid of Cooper for a first round draft pick. I can try to understand your point in getting rid of Khalil Mack (But probably not). But one thing I can not wrap my mind around is the fact you are wanting to sign Nathan 'Pick Six' Peterman.
What the hell, Jon? Like seriously? Have you seen his stat line? Have you seen his Wikipedia page? They literally changed his name to "Nathan 'Interception' Peterman."

Peterman has 4 times as many interceptions than he does touchdowns with a 3-12 TD to INT ratio. That should all I have to say to tell people to not use Nathan.
I'm actually very surprised he is still in the league. He must be funny because thats the only reason to keep a guy like that around.
Gruden must be sick of coaching already because he's doing everything he can to get fired.
