Well, it has official begun....teams are starting to announce which players are sitting out of their bowl games that aren’t in the chase to win the national championship. Starting today at 12:30 a thriller of FIU vs Toledo was going to be an electric factory of high powered offenses that would blow the roof over of a good ole fashion Texas shootout but.......announced yesterday FIU’s starting QB will not be playing due to a tricep injury and wanting to keep the health of the QB future looking bright. What in the hell does that mean? Like yeah he is good but does he really think he is going to get drafted? He is a graduate transfer from Bowling Green and apparently his health on maintaining as a QB is more important to him than trying to win this game. Now the good news is that we caught this plenty early and that we can change our bets, hammer Toledo and the under, their backup QB hasn’t shown that good of life and Toledo can control the ball all game.
Next we have gotten information that there are 5-6 players for LSU that are going to sit out their bowl game against UCF. Now for the UCF fans out there this is great, you are goin to be back to back “national champions” and you can have your parade and banners hung up once against, barring Alabama runs the table and wins it all with no losses. LSU what the hell man? Like for the players sitting out this is their last game and you want some scrubs from a non power 5 school to take your team down? Selfish much? Now this is coming from a gambler but still come on man. Also Will Grier? Dude shoulda been in the Heisman talk more, players left and right for Michigan are saying screw it, Houston has a couple players sitting out, Bryce Love is sitting out. This is gonna be a wild conversation we get from Saben again about players sitting out of bowl games.
I will be sure to give any updates on games with players sitting out but before you go betting on any games be sure to just check the ole interwebs and make sure they have no key players sitting for the teams you are betting on.
Cheers and welcome to the hell of bowl season,
Grandpa Shoe

The under...again?
